Japanese industry has grown with the employee's hard-working business style, exclusive hardware technologies, high product quality and thediligent manner of operation for long.  

However, recent rapid IT technology improvement, introduction of new business models and the trend of business globalization all across the industry are not allowing the Japanese companies staying unchanged, and many of them are beginning to change their business fundamentals, visions and the value propositions.   In this circumstance, the most important mission for the business leaders is to have a clear vision toward future and challenge to realize it as a real business accomplishment.
